Can I use pilot points for cigarettes? ›

myRewards Points and awards are not redeemable for diesel fuel, diesel exhaust fluid, gasoline, beer, alcohol, tobacco products, e-cigarettes, gratuities, cash or cash equivalents, gift cards, Western Union transactions, Pegasus transactions, prepaid cards, lottery tickets, scale fees, or casino credits.

Premium Wi-Fi may only be purchased while at a Pilot Flying J location. You can do so by following the steps on the Wi-Fi portal or by purchasing at the register. If you purchase Wi-Fi at the register, a loyalty card must be scanned during your purchase.

With the tiered points program activated, professional drivers earn on average $37.50 in points value each month when they fill up 12 times at an average of 100 diesel gallons per transaction. That adds up to $450 worth of points a year that can be redeemed on parking, showers, supplies, food and drinks.

Why did my shower credits disappear? My Love Rewards members can earn a free shower credit after fueling at least 50 gallons. But make sure you remember to use them!

Pro drivers can earn one loyalty point for every gallon of diesel fueled. Each loyalty point is worth 1ȼ when you swipe or scan your card when purchasing food, drinks, and merchandise.

A: Showers at Pilot and Flying J travel center locations costs around $12, but the actual price may vary by location and state/local taxes. Showers can be purchased or redeemed in the myRewards Plus app using various payment methods including shower credits, myRewards Points, stored funds, and gift cards.

One shower credit will be issued to the driver's MyRewards account each day for the remainder of the month in which the award was earned and for the entire following month. In addition, drivers will receive a 10-day expiration on shower credits earned before reaching 500 gallons of fuel per month.
