Falmouth's Gyllyngvase Beach has a new wellness cafe, a vibrant addition to the town's independent businesses. This new venture, owned by Healeys, is a natural evolution of the popular Gylly Beach Café and takeaway, catering to the wellness culture that thrives at the beach. The cafe's menu focuses on nourishing, health-conscious options like smoothie bowls, açai bowls, granola bowls, fresh juices, protein smoothies, and matcha lattes, designed to support active lifestyles without being restrictive. Healeys has also developed a new range of 'Gym Juices', combining apple juice with added benefits such as protein, caffeine, and electrolytes. The space has been transformed from a bakery and ice cream shop into a wellness-focused hub, complementing the existing Gylly offerings. This expansion aims to enhance the beach experience, reflecting the diverse uses of the beach by the community, while maintaining the accessibility and community-oriented ethos of the original Gylly Beach Café. The Gylly Beach Wellness Café is open seven days a week from 8.30 am to 4 pm, offering a fresh and health-focused experience for cold water swimmers, runners, dog walkers, and health-conscious beachgoers.
